  • Have your teachers complete the gold grade check sheet for Friday!
1.Food Inc: Complete part 7 and 8
  1. Show part 7 (This is review, but students didn't get to see all of this part)
  2. Pause the video after part 7 and display my graphic organizer on the elmo. Students complete #3 on thier graphic organizer: Should companies be able to own the genetic material contained in plant seeds? Why or why not? Discuss briefly
  3. Before viewing part 8, have students answer #4 before viewing quetion on their graphic organizer: What food or food ingredients are you afraid to eat and why?
  4. Show part 8, then pause the video.
  5. After viewing part 8, have students answer #4 after viewing on their graphic organizer: If detailed information about all of our foods was easily available, would that affect your food choices and why


2. Academic Work: Have Goal Sheets out on your desks during homework time!!!
  • Sit with your regular tutor in your goal group to complete homework, no exceptions!
  • complete work for outside classes OR if you do not have homework, complete a reading log and hand it in to your tutor.
3. Tutorial Reflection:
  • Complete your reflection for Tuesday and have Rachel or Jessica sign them!
